Technican was thorough and very knowlegeable about the work being completed in my home. He noticed some concerns, as a homeowner I should know, and shared them with me. Just recently relocated to the area and have no other business's of this kind to compare it to. The service I received today was excellent.

First of all, we couldn't have sold our home without you all. We called Susan at the main office and she quickly sent Brandon G. over to our home to inspect our crawl space. Brandon G. walked us through everything while being completely transparent and honest. My husband was thoroughly impressed (not easy to do)! We found out our sump pump was rusted out and we needed to put down a moisture barrier. We had this work completed and had Brandon return to treat any mold under the home.

Jonathan an exceptional employee, he explained everything , he was patient and kind. Just bought new house and he made the first time using this service a great one. I hope everyone is like him. I appreciate everything he did and explained. He definitely is by far the friendliness and knowledgeable employee. It sometimes has been hard finding employees like him in other businesses. We just moved in, and had Brandon, Daniel, and Doug come over to start our termite bond, wood destroying insect program, and moisture control under our crawlspace. They were extremely courteous, and knowledgeable. They kept me informed of everything that they were doing, and what was required. Being new to Salisbury, and changing pest companies in the move, I am confident that I picked the right people to work with to keep our new home free of problems!!!!
